Team Funding Terms

Participation

Cheerleading clubs, teams and organisations are eligible to participate after prior approval by CheerNutritions.

There is no entitlement to participation.

CheerNutritions may reject requests or deactivate team codes.

Team discount

Members of an approved team receive 10% off eligible orders.

CheerNutritions may exclude individual products or promotions.

Sponsoring

In addition, the club receives 10% sponsoring credit on the discounted order value.

The calculation is based solely on the order value actually paid.

Exclusions

No sponsoring credit arises in the event of withdrawal, return, cancellation, non-payment or misuse.

Amounts already credited may be corrected.

Payment

Payments are made exclusively to the club.

Payment to individuals is excluded.

Purpose limitation

The sponsoring is intended exclusively for club purposes.

Examples: training equipment, competitions, club events and youth development.

Club area and login details

On approval, the club receives login details for a personal, password-protected funding area.

The login details must be kept confidential and may only be shared within the club. The club informs us if login details are lost.

Testimonials

If a club voluntarily submits a testimonial, it warrants that the necessary consent of everyone shown and named has been obtained, and for minors that of their legal guardians.

CheerNutritions reviews every testimonial before publication and removes it again at any time on request.

Data processing

To calculate and document the sponsoring credit, CheerNutritions processes order data (order number, order value, order status and team code used) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data of the ordering members is not disclosed to the club.

Legal recourse

Recourse to the courts is excluded.
