What is the Team Funding programme?
Team Funding is our sponsoring programme for cheer clubs. Your team gets its own code. Everyone who orders with it saves 10% and your club automatically receives 10% of the discounted merchandise value as credit. Every order becomes a small boost for your team.
Who can take part?
All cheerleading clubs and teams in Germany. Simply sign up using the form on our home page. We review every application personally and get back to you by email.
How do we get our team code?
Once your application is approved you will receive an email with your personal code and your access to the club area: link, username and password. From that moment the code is active in the shop and ready to use.
Who is allowed to use the code?
Everyone! The code is meant to be shared: members, parents, grandparents, friends, fans and anyone who wants to support your team. The more people know the code, the more your club collects.
What do buyers get out of it?
Anyone ordering with your code saves 10% on their entire cart. Nobody pays extra: the support for your club is on us.
What exactly does the club receive?
10% of the discounted merchandise value of every order placed with your code, credited as sponsoring balance. An example: with a cart value of 100 euros the buyer pays 90 euros and your club receives 9 euros in credit.
Do shipping costs count?
No. Discount and credit are always based on the merchandise value after discount. Shipping costs are not included.
Where can we see our balance?
With the approval email you receive a personal link to your club area together with your login details. Sign in there to see your current balance and every single transaction.
Keep the login details in trusted hands: please share them only within your club.
What happens with returns or cancellations?
The balance corrects itself automatically and proportionally. If part of an order is returned, only that share is deducted. If an order is cancelled completely, its credit is reset to zero. There is nothing you need to do.
Can the code be combined with other discounts?
No. The team code cannot be combined with other discount or promotion codes. Exactly one code applies per order.
How often can the code be used?
As often as you like. There is no limit per person and no limit for your team. Every single order counts.
What can the balance be used for?
For your club work: competitions, training equipment, team wear, travel costs, camps, youth development and similar projects. The balance is earmarked for club purposes and is not paid out to individuals.
How and when do we get paid?
By bank transfer to your club. We agree the exact process and schedule with you at approval. In your club area you can always see how much is outstanding and what has already been paid out.
What does it cost to take part?
Nothing. Taking part is completely free for your club. There is no minimum purchase and there are no obligations.
What is the best way to share the code?
Wherever your community is: in the team WhatsApp group, on your social media channels, on the gym notice board or simply in conversation. The key message is: with this code you save 10% and support your favourite team at the same time.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term and there are no obligations. If you no longer want to take part, just send us a short message and we will sort out the payout of your remaining balance together.
How long does the payout take?
We agree the payout process with you at approval. Once agreed, we transfer the money promptly to your club account. Your club area always shows the current balance.
